They have agreed to a refund but I will be back complaining on here and dispute it if I don’t see it charged back. I get that customer service is stressful at times, but the level of passive aggressive in his emails was bad enough to warrant writing this review. Customer service (Troy?) lived up to the “cheeky” part of “M圜heekyDate” and not in a good way.
At that point l was done and wanted a refund - they have wasted enough of my time. Cancelled 2x events in a row with limited notice. Bought a ticket for a speed dating event despite some negative reviews.
